Excellent location right by the restaurants and grocery store and the touristic attractions and the old town, and the room was beautiful.

I recently stayed at Central Boutique for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was super clean and stylish, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was great, with a bakery right next door for breakfast and a supermarket just a short walk away. Despite being close to everything, the area was surprisingly quiet. The one-bedroom flat had excellent air conditioning in the living room, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great location, close to downtown and restaurants, grocery store nearby. Clean and comfortable apartment with spacious bedrooms. Responsive and professional host. Parking available for a reasonable fee.
The apartment can get hot during the day, especially on the top floor. No remote control for the air conditioning, making it difficult to control the temperature.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A major advantage was the presence of a washing machine, which was really convenient.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear the conversations and sounds from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the noise from the street in the morning could be quite disturbing.
